Squish Market provides estimated market values and related tools for collectible squishy toys. We are an information service. We do not buy, sell, escrow or broker items, and we are not a party to any trade or sale you make.

2. Valuations are estimates

Values are calculated from recent verified eBay sold prices and active listings, and are estimates only. They are not appraisals, guarantees of resale price, or financial advice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the collection data you enter. Do not use the service to scrape, resell or redistribute our valuations in bulk without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

No automated bulk access, no attempts to circumvent access controls, no uploading unlawful or infringing content, and no using the platform to facilitate fraud.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from trades, purchases or sales you make based on information shown here.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
